Event booking agreement

2. Package and payment

• All prices in USD. A 50% deposit and this signed agreement secure the date.
• The balance is due 48 hours before the event.

3. Coverage and travel

• Coverage is for consecutive hours at one venue. Late starts don’t extend the end time; extra time is $100 per hour if available.
• Travel within Kingston and St. Andrew is included. Travel outside this area and accommodation are charged separately.

4. Photos and delivery

• Edited, colour-corrected, high-resolution photos in an online gallery within 5–7 business days.
• Photo selection and editing are at the Photographer’s discretion. Unedited (RAW) files are not provided.

5. Use of photos

• The Photographer keeps the copyright. The Client may print and share the photos for personal use and social media; commercial use needs written permission.
• The Photographer may use event photos for their portfolio and social media.

6. Cancellation and changes

• The deposit is non-refundable. Cancelling within 48 hours of the event means the full fee is due.
• The date can be moved once, within 12 months, if the Photographer is available. If the Photographer has to cancel, all payments are refunded.

7. Safety and liability

• The Photographer may pause or leave if conditions become unsafe (for example violence, harassment or flame sprays near the Photographer or equipment).
• The Photographer’s liability is limited to the amount paid. This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica.
